10 Rules of Health

IMG_4504While the word ‘rule‘ seems definitive when thinking about health, these are the 10 themes that we focus on with our clients. Each goal, no matter how diverse, can be achieved by working towards the rules below. This is not to say we have perfected any of them or that they are all in line at the same time, but each day is an opportunity to get closer to our healthiest life.

  1. Be kind to yourself.
  2. Remember your why.
  3. Think for life, not for seasons.
  4. Surround yourself with love and support. Be love and support.
  5. Know who you are. If you don’t, find it.
  6. Practice awareness in your behaviors.
  7. Fill your body with nutrients.
  8. Give yourself a chance to achieve success each day.
  9. Sleep, rest, recharge.
  10. Move your body. Right, left, forward, backward, fast, and slow.
